30-Year Fixed Mortgage Rate Continues to Slide<\/p><\/div>\n

Mortgage rates for 30-year fixed mortgages fell this week, with the current rate borrowers were quoted on Zillow Mortgage Marketplace at 3.69 percent, down from 3.72 percent at this same time last week.<\/h3>\n

After rising to 3.77 percent on Wednesday, the 30-year fixed mortgage<\/strong> rate hovered between 3.7 and 3.74 percent for the remainder of the week, falling to the current rate early this morning.<\/p>\n

\u201cMortgage<\/em> rates ended the month near all-time lows which is good news for those looking to refinance or purchase a home,\u201d said Erin Lantz, director of Zillow Mortgage<\/span> Marketplace.\u00a0 \u201cThis coming week, we expect rates to remain fairly steady unless Friday\u2019s Employment Situation Report falls outside of expectations.\u201d<\/p>\n
