He wants to address both the housing shortage and construction inefficiencies. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Terrence Nickelson<\/strong> (founder &amp; CEO of Goby Homes): He built a tech platform that brings everyone in a real-estate transaction (agents, clients, lenders) into one secure space. The aim: fewer deal collapses, smoother closings. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Katherine Aronsson<\/strong> (co-founder of Kevin AI): She uses artificial intelligence to help agents with lead generation and prioritization\u2014going beyond just contact lists to understand which homeowners might be ready to sell. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why it matters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These innovators show how tech can solve real problems in real estate\u2014housing shortage, transaction delays, inefficient lead-work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The award emphasises that innovation isn&#8217;t just about having new tools\u2014it\u2019s about improving how things are done. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The iOi initiative is moving toward being a year-round community for innovation and tech in real estate, not just a one-time event. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bottom line<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Real estate is changing.
