Built in Henderson, Nev., the home <br \/>features disappearing glass walls as well as earthy elements and color <br \/>schemes.Inside, the two-level contemporary home boasts four bedrooms, seven <br \/>bathrooms, a home office and a flex and exercise space across 7,600 <br \/>square feet. Despite the home\u2019s mammoth size, it has achieved the <br \/>highest marks for energy efficiency and performance. The home was built <br \/>and designed by <a data-di-id=\"di-id-51c4a4c9-6d0331a1\" href=\"https:\/\/www.luxusdesignbuild.com\/\">Luxus Design Build<span class=\"ext\"><\/span><\/a> and <a data-di-id=\"di-id-51c4a4c9-dfbb59ae\" href=\"https:\/\/studiogarchitecture.com\/\">studio g Architecture<span class=\"ext\"><\/span><\/a>.\u201cThis home showcases a wide variety of some of the most advanced <br \/>products and innovative design concepts\u2014but in a very understated, <br \/>clean, refined manner,\u201d says Michael Gardner, principal at Luxus Design <br \/>Build, the lead architect of the home. \u201cIt\u2019s a great balance of form, <br \/>function, usability and design.\u201d<\/p><article class=\"media media--type-image media--view-mode-full\" data-downloadable=\"0\"><br \/>  <br \/>      <br \/><div class=\"image--container\"><br \/>      <br \/>            <div class=\"field field--name-field-media-image field--type-image field--label-hidden field__item\">  <\/div><\/div><br \/><br \/>      <br \/>  <\/article><h2>The Indoor-Outdoor ConnectionDevelopers wanted to ensure there were no visual obstructions from <br \/>the entryway to the back of the home, where rollaway glass panels reveal<br \/> mountain views. Across the back wall of the home is a 45-foot wide <br \/>opening, which includes six floor-to-ceiling glass panel doors. The <br \/>doors have virtually no frames, making the windows nearly invisible. The<br \/> doors glide open so that the interior can become a united, seamless <br \/>space with the outdoors.<\/h2><div class=\"ckeditor-col-container clearfix\"><br \/><div class=\"grid-6 sixcol first-col\"><article class=\"media media--type-image media--view-mode-full\" data-downloadable=\"0\"><br \/>  <br \/>      <br \/><div class=\"image--container\"><br \/>      <br \/>            <div class=\"field field--name-field-media-image field--type-image field--label-hidden field__item\">  <\/div>      <br \/>  <\/div><br \/><br \/>            <br \/>      <br \/>  <\/article><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/div><br \/><br \/><div class=\"grid-6 sixcol last-col\"><article class=\"media media--type-image media--view-mode-full\" data-downloadable=\"0\"><br \/>  <br \/>      <br \/><div class=\"image--container\"><br \/>      <br \/>            <div class=\"field field--name-field-media-image field--type-image field--label-hidden field__item\">  <\/div>      <br \/>  <\/div><br \/><br \/>            <br \/>      <br \/>  <\/article><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/div><br \/><\/div><h2>Wood-Toned KitchenIn contrast to what has been a white kitchen trend, the kitchen was <br \/>in brown, earthy tones, including even the refrigerator that blended <br \/>into the wall of cabinetry. The cabinetry had a European look, featuring<br \/> clean flat cabinetry fronts. The kitchen also included a wall of wines,<br \/> prominently spotlighting a wine storage system.<\/h2><div class=\"ckeditor-col-container clearfix\"><br \/><div class=\"grid-6 sixcol first-col\"><article class=\"media media--type-image media--view-mode-full\" data-downloadable=\"0\"><br \/>  <br \/>      <br \/><div class=\"image--container\"><br \/>      <br \/>            <div class=\"field field--name-field-media-image field--type-image field--label-hidden field__item\">  <\/div><\/div><br \/><br \/>            <br \/>      <br \/>  <\/article><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/div><br \/><br \/><div class=\"grid-6 sixcol last-col\"><article class=\"media media--type-image media--view-mode-full\" data-downloadable=\"0\"><br \/>  <br \/>      <br \/><div class=\"image--container\"><br \/>      <br \/>            <div class=\"field field--name-field-media-image field--type-image field--label-hidden field__item\">  <\/div>      <br \/>  <\/div><br \/><br \/>      <br \/>  <\/article><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/div><br \/><\/div><h2>Groutless FloorsThe flooring on the first floor of the home is a polished terrazzo in<br \/> soft, warm undertones. Gardner says he wanted to achieve minimal grout <br \/>lines in the floor so that it appeared like a single, large block of <br \/>stone with a smooth, clean palette.
