The REALTORS Property Resource\u00ae (narrpr.com(link is external)<\/a>) puts instant information on properties at your fingertips. Here are nine ways to get more from this exclusive member benefit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Build a CMA on the go.<\/strong> When you\u2019re away from the computer, turn to your RPR\u00ae app. From any \u201cProperty Details\u201d screen, choose \u201cCreate Comps Analysis\u201d to launch a four-step wizard that walks you through confirming the home\u2019s facts, selecting comps, identifying a price, and generating a report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Save properties for quick access later.<\/strong> Your activity is always in sync between the RPR\u00ae website and mobile app. So when you save a property using the website, you\u2019ll see that same property in your saved items on the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Tap in list view for short-cuts.<\/strong> In the RPR\u00ae app, tap the button in the right corner of any property to reveal shortcuts for saving it, calling the listing agent, adding notes, and creating reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Zoom to parcel level when canvassing a neighborhood.<\/strong> The RPR\u00ae app displays homes on a map. Press \u201cLocate Me\u201d at the top of the app, then pinch and zoom the map to street level, and press \u201cRedo Search in this Area.\u201d Pins over the properties display the REALTOR Valuation Model\u00ae (RVM\u00ae). Press a pin to reveal the home and owner information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Send reports by text message.<\/strong> Many consumers prefer to communicate by text. Use the app\u2019s Share button to text an RPR\u00ae report to your client. The link will be active for 30 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Create buyer tours.<\/strong> The buyer tour report enables you to select properties, choose the most convenient order to tour them, and create a colorful, client-friendly report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Use 3D-touch shortcuts.<\/strong> When you\u2019re standing outside a property, press and hold the RPR\u00ae app icon to display a shortcut with buttons to This Property, My Listings, Recent Reports, Saved Searches, and Share. Choose This Property to experience 3D-touch, available on iOS 10 and later and Android 7.1 and later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Do advanced searches.<\/strong> Need to dig deeper on a property? Swipe the RPR\u00ae app\u2019s home screen to access the Search screen. Press Advanced Search to access recent searches, saved searches, and advanced searches\u2014such as by APN, owner name, school, or even your own listings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Display full-screen photos.<\/strong> If photos displayed on the app\u2019s Property Details page aren\u2019t large enough, simply hold your phone in landscape mode to display the photo full-screen. Rotate back to the portrait orientation, and the property record appears again.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
