{"id":21400,"date":"2022-12-09T14:12:09","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T14:12:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.anthonydidonato.net\/wordpress\/?p=21400"},"modified":"2022-12-09T14:12:10","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T14:12:10","slug":"the-top-commercial-real-estate-markets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.anthonydidonato.net\/wordpress\/the-top-commercial-real-estate-markets\/","title":{"rendered":"The Top Commercial Real Estate Markets"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Florida has&nbsp;five of the hottest commercial real estate metro markets in the first quarter: Orlando, Miami, Palm Beach Fort Lauderdale, and Fort Myers, according to new research from the National Association of REALTORS\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NAR\u2019s Commercial Real Estate Market Conditions Index is calculated by factoring in 25 variables that reflect a metro area\u2019s economic conditions, demographics, and employment, such as job growth, wage increases, and population growth, as well as market conditions on vacancy rates, absorption, rent growth, cap rates, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, the South boasts the most booming commercial markets, with 11 of the top&nbsp;markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NAR\u2019s index identified the following 16 markets as the hottest in commercial real estate in the first quarter.
