Last year at this time, 30-year rates averaged 4.56%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>15-year fixed-rate mortgages: <\/strong>averaged 3.46%, with an average 0.5 point, dropping from last week\u2019s 3.51% average. A year ago, 15-year rates averaged 4.06%.<\/li>\n<li><strong>5-year hybrid adjustable-rate mortgages:<\/strong> averaged 3.60%, with an average 0.4 point, falling from last week\u2019s 3.68% average.
