Shares of DocuSign ended up 37 percent higher by the end of its first day of trading on the Nasdaq. DocuSign is NAR\u2019s official and exclusive eSignature provider under the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nar.realtor\/realtor-benefits-program\/transaction-management\/docusign\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">REALTOR Benefits\u00ae Program<\/a> and an NAR Strategic Investment Company.<\/p>\n<p>DocuSign priced its IPO at $29 a share, which was higher than the company\u2019s target range, MarketWatch reports. DocuSign raised $629 million overall.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we got on the road, people knew us from previous rounds as a growth company with heavy losses,\u201d Chief Executive Dan Springer told MarketWatch. \u201cNow we\u2019re doing half a billion in revenue and still growing at high rates, and we\u2019re cash-flow positive.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>CEO Mike Sheridan also vowed that there\u2019s a lot of growth ahead for DocuSign.
