Last year at this time, 30-year rates averaged 3.64 percent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>15-year fixed-rate mortgages:<\/strong> averaged 3.19 percent, with an average 0.5 point, falling from last week\u2019s 3.27 percent average. A year ago, 15-year rates averaged 2.89 percent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>5-year hybrid adjustable-rate mortgages: <\/strong>averaged 3.07 percent, with an average 0.4 point, dropping from last week\u2019s 3.13 percent average.
